These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of gift cards and gaming keys (collectively referred to as “Gift Cards”) offered by [Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you (“you” or “the user”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing or using any Gift Card.

1. Gift Card Redemption and Use
1.1 Gift Cards can be used to purchase products and services on our platform or affiliated platforms as specified on the Gift Card.
1.2 Gift Cards are non-transferable, and the user must possess the physical or digital Gift Card code to use it.
1.3 Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents, and unused balances cannot be refunded.
1.4 Gift Cards may have expiration dates, and any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiration, unless prohibited by applicable law.

2. Purchase and Delivery of Gift Cards
2.1 Gift Cards can be purchased from our website or authorized resellers.
2.2 The user is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for purchasing and delivery, including the recipient’s email address if the Gift Card is to be sent electronically.
2.3 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards after they have been purchased or delivered.

3. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
3.1 We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
3.2 The user is solely responsible for the safekeeping of their Gift Card code or physical card and is advised to treat it as they would treat cash.

4. Prohibited Activities
4.1 The user shall not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities related to the purchase, use, or redemption of Gift Cards.
4.2 The user shall not resell or transfer Gift Cards for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or redemption of Gift Cards, except where prohibited by law.
5.2 In no event shall our total liability for any claims under this Agreement exceed the value of the purchased Gift Card.

6. Modification and Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to modify or terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice, except where prohibited by law.
6.2 In the event of termination, any unused balances on Gift Cards will be forfeited, unless prohibited by applicable law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

8. Severability
8.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Entire Agreement
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and us regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
